bought a 03 f250 6.0 months ago, bone stock, as of now it just has mbrp exhaust. ive got studs, egr delete, the whole bulletproof kit waiting to be put on. i just bought the new 5015 SCT livewire ts programmer and threw it on my truck, put it on the street tune and the performance tune, i now have a studder or bucking when punching it, new fuel filters month ago, fuel at 48-55 psi. i dont know what else it could really be,,bad orings?,,the FICM is @ 48v also. but runs fine at stock setting and at the 60 hp tow tune...anybody??

155k miles, egr replaced last yearish,,could it be at higher hp tune the egr could be messing it up??
no codes, injector pressure @ idle 600-700

 

My truck was doing the same thing a few weeks ago and I had an electrical issue with my number 2 injector and had to replace it. But luckily I was under warranty. It sounds like you have an injector sticking to me.

 

Does it ever clear up or is it always there? Are you using custom tuning or the generic canned tunes on there?

 

its there most of the time, when i take it for a beat run its worse, doesnt want to shift sometimes or takes a while, no cel, its the canned tune, i tried a superchips programmer and did the same thing tho, ill try n hook up to computer and see whats goin on with injectors. reprogrammed pcm to updated version also, it just happens with the higher hp tunes
