Stiction?

Okay, I'm very surprized at how long this took to do.
From the time I walked out of the house, collected the tools together, popped the hood, removed the FICM and back inside ... 12 minutes. Where do Ford get their labor rates?????
I picked up the half shell from International; I had to drive 40 miles to do so, but it was worth the savings. While I was there, I discovered the boards are not new. International repairs the failed boards and puts them back into service ... NO NEW BOARDS!!! I could clearly see the marks of the old screws on the four pins. The parts guy was familiar with the problem and told me that International has recognized the issue and are repairing the boards in accordance. The parts guy said he has never seen any of the rebuilds being returned. In his words, "You replace it once and you're good to go from now on." The board has a one year replacement warranty.
Installation was a piece of cake. It took me all of about 20 minutes, before starting the truck. The hardest part was getting the electrical plugs into the board.
I did find out that one of the FICM's rear mounting bolts is missing. It looks like it pulled through the mount. Probably torqued too tight when it was installed. Anyone know how hard it is to replace that rear mount? I may just get myself a bolt and a new nut. It's fine for now.

Well, mine is an April 2012, so I've got a couple of years ...
I'm just repeating what the parts guy told me. It wouldn't be the first time I was fed a line. The reman I got from him is a Maxxforce reman, if that makes any difference. There are no "International" decals on it anywhere, just a sticker with the part number and date of remanufacture.
What do you think about the missing mounting bolt? Should I sweat it?

Update: I just spoke to the wife and she described the performance as being beefier than it was before the FICM failure. I guess the unit must have been failing for some time.
I don't want to deck the inside of the truck with a bunch of gauges, but is there a stand alone monitor, something with an LCD screen, that would provide critical information?
