You could have a FICM going out, like they said test the voltage, should never fall below 46 when key on, cranking or running.

Also it could be a sign of an injector going out. If you notice your truck start to "Jump" when in overdrive going up a hill or when hitting overdrive period, kind of like it has a miss, then the injector is your probably cause. Your injector cup and copper injector seal could also be leaking, If you would like to buy 2 injectors for cheap just to have them on hand if anything happens, I have two for sell if you want them. I always keep a couple, just last week I had to replace two, now I am selling it to get a 6.4 and don't need the other two, so you are welcome to them buddy.

Good thing is my truck runs as smooth as anything, once it's warmed up. The rough idle is only when it's cold and that only lasts a few minutes. I'll put a video up of that later this week. After watching the video posted on this thread I'm apprehensive at testing the FICM myself. I'll try my best to post videos and explain some of my issues a little better. I'll add, at cruising speed (any speed) when i mash the throttle, the turbo spools, transmission downshifts and i leave whoever is behind me in sweet smell of burnt diesel. I think most of my issues are over thought on my part and i may be a little paranoid. I'll keep your injectors in mind and thank you everyone for your help. P.S. I never liked rice burners, I've always been around Mustangs, Camaros, Corvettes, etc...

Cold rough starts and idle could certainly be a FICM. They're simple to test, only takes 15 minutes or so. Worth the effort.
