Lol well almost a week later and the truck is still not shipped so...
I'm having the ford dealer put a injector in that I'm bringing to them (scored a free brand new injector!) thank god I fly for free via family that works for delta to. Just to get there tomorrow by 9 flying from Cali to mpls then to Kansas City then an hour cab FML

Hopefully this will get me back on the road to drive 1500 miles to Cali.

Here's the codes that came up...the turbo one I'm guessing was from me earlier screwing around I had the plug on the turbo disconnected with the truck running.

Put a new injector in #7 and drive it!?

New piston and rings going in 7 and complete head job..valves guides etc

 

Ouch...

What is being done about the cylinder, it looks pretty scuffed up too? Did anyone say what was wrong with #7? Cracked nozzle would be my guess, albeit not common, it can happen.

 

Picture makes the cylinder look a lot worse than it is. It'll hone out just fine.

The injector visibly looked fine.

Exhaust valve had a hole in it on #7
