Default Head gasket leak or egr or oil cooler?? with video

If i do this test when the truck is cold keeping in mind im in MN about 10°F it will go right up to 15psi crusing down a city street 3-4 miles (babying it basically)...i let the truck idle for a min or tow then take off gently
Also the shop did the sniffer type test where if its bad the liquid turns blue to green if its good it stays blue...well after about 10 pumps of the little diaphram and about a minute it turned green not bright a little bit of a darker green but......

heres the videos in order of the pulls i did etc not to many big hills/steep grades by me and i should be able to get my hands on a backhoe trailer this weekend at some point and ill hit the same spot

what do you guys think/make of it? I'll have the dashboss on monday so i can check my coolant temp vs my oil temp difference. I'm new to diesels so any and all advice or pointers are extremely helpful. Recently purchased the truck.

After work today im going to drain and flush the coolant with distilled water refill back up with coolant and replace the t-stat.

Well at least the oil cooler hasn't ruptured, if it did the degas bottle would be full of oil. I would think if it was the head gasket it would have climber quicker, if is the EGR cooler then the pressure comes from turbo, maybe I am wrong but that is the way I see it. An EGR cooler delete will be alot less expensive to do first to see it that is it, but keep in mind if the EGR cooler ruptured that 99.99% of the time it is caused by a clogged oil cooler not letting enough coolant through to keep the egr coolercool enough, the coolant goes through the oil cooler first then to the egr cooler. Make sure to order a coolant filter if you are going to do this work, it will save you from doing another oil cooler in the near future.

Well I'm in MN and I'm going to drive it to CA to get fixed... old man is a diesel fleet mechanic out there and he's got me for free all the gaskets I need including head gaskets and the oil cooler possibly even the head studs...otherwise ill buy them, I got the egr delete on its way. And we'll pull the cab and get it done.

My question now is is it ok to put bars head gasket leak stop in for the trip? That's what he tellin me to do so......the trip one way is about 2000 miles and ill probly put about 400 on before I leave and was thinking about putting it tonight....thoughts?

I would stay away from that, it would definately clog the oil cooler/tiny passages/ and if it ruptures you won't make it to Cali. Better off just keeping an eye on coolant, you can als leave cap loose so it doesn't build pressure and blow out

Don't put that junk in! Bobs right, you'll kill that thing hard, really quick. Just add coolant as needed, provided it's not a bad failure and is still drivable. I've drove mine for months on bad gaskets.

I didn't put it in yet...figured I'd wait for responses...glad I did I guess ill just bring plenty of coolant with me just in case.
I ordered up the dashboss so I can keep a closer eye on temps and I zip tied the line that's t off of my coolant reservoir with the gauge to my mirror, so ill be able to watch the pressure in my tank as well..... with the window closed
