If you have ICP pressure, fuel, ficm is firing, then the problem is air. Check the butterfy valve under the intake elbo, if it sticks closed then the motor won't start, if that is OK then pull the air filter assembly and make sure the turbo spins over, if it is stuck it won't start.

sorry, just realised it is an 06 and won't have the butterfly, check the turbo.

Check your egr valve position actual through your scanner it should be at zero.

You say ICP psi is 1575, is that desired or actual? Does it jump right to 1575, where does it start? The truck needs 525psi of actual ICP to have the PCM even say "go." What is desired ICP? Do you have FICM SYNC?

Try unplugging the icp and staying it. It shouldn't jump right up like that. Should build slowly and get that high if its not starting.

Again though, really need to know if that's actual ICP or desired ICP

More then likely it is going to be a bad STC fitting on the pump or your standpipes or dummy plugs, all of them should be updated because they all can and will fail at some point. You are going to have to pull turbo so you ca get to the pump cover, once that is off you normally can see if the STC fitting is bad. If you have the dittinfs an air test will tell you where the leak is.
