Ok, so new orings and screen on IPR, reinstalled and cranked to monitor ipc dsd and ipc actual and ipr %. It actually fired up for a split second, i killed it because my turbo oil feed was going into a gallon jug ant not back to the sump. Reassembled the rest of the truck and cranked it over, it fired but ran very rough, quickly found that i had an exhaust leak, retighted my clamps and fixed that, started the truck again and again, hast trouble starting and ran rough once started then rpms drop till it dies, been crankinv and cranking hoping its just air, but it seems worse, although its been getting colder as its gotten dark out. Any pointers? Still possibly air? Any data i can monitor to help diagnose?

What are the ICP readings now that you're cranking?

Icp reading is good, its a slow to build pressurr, 4 seconds to reach the 500psi needed to fire, but it goes up to the 2500psi range once it begins trying to fire then levels out with icp desired

Jeffers, is that actual ICP or desired ICP? Try unplugging the ICP sensor and see what happens. More info on the truck would help tremendously... at least give us the miles and if it has mods...

alwayzchillin, any luck with yours bud?
