05 f250 keeps stalling

I'm trying to remember because it's been a while since I messed with it, but I believe you can "check" the things you want to datalog correct? You need to datalog ICP actual, ICP desired, and IPR % duty cycle. We need numbers in PSI for the ICP actual/desired, and the IPR is just a percent number.
Start monitoring it before you even try starting it, then start the truck and we can watch what ICP (injection control pressure) is doing. This will be very telling.

Ford is the place to get injectors, good price or not, they're simply the best and the only one's I'd put in. They will be remans, there are no new 6.0 injectors at all. They are the way to go though.
I wouldn't replace all 4 on that side, no. If it aint broke, don't fix it. Your codes originally showed up for 2 and 8. Depending on how you want to do this...
If you'd rather save money and don't mind putting in some more time... I'd pull that valve cover (drivers side), and put new o-rings and copper crush washers on all 4 injectors on that side (cheap to do). I would also swap them around, move 2 to the 4 hole and move 8 to the 6 hole. Try running it. If the problem comes back and follows the injectors, you KNOW they're bad.
If you'd rather spend more money up front and save on the time, just buy those two injectors and drop them in. You should still do the o-rings and copper washers on the other two injectors on that side.
The problem is sometimes they throw contribution codes for the wrong injector. If combustion pushes past and fills the fuel chamber up it can start wiping out other injectors and sometimes throw codes for other injectors that aren't really bad.
