Default po275?

So I just had my truck in the shop they tested my ficm and changed my icp sensor and oil change. They said my ficm tested good. I took it for a short trip yesterday around 150 miles and I had a code pop up po275. I looked it up and it says cyl 5 contribution balance. I don't understand what this is meaning is the injector going out or sticking. is this something that will clear up or needs to be replaced. Any info would be greatly appreciated really tired of paying mechanics.

Usually if you're getting contribution codes... it typically needs replacement. How is the truck running? Could be something simple like o-rings on the injector too.

I just had the same code a month ago turned out to be the injector holdon screw was backed out a little also replaced the seals and copper gasket on all of them since i had it cracked open. Wasnt to bad of job maybe took me 2 hours taking my time through it. I would definetley pull the injector and see if your seals are good.

Yeah, myself I'd probably start with doing the o-rings and copper washers for all 4 injectors on that bank and see what happens. While you're in there, take the suspected problem injector and put it in another cylinder, see if the code follows the injector. I'm cheap though so I hate buying parts I don't need. If you're that far in, some guys would probably just go ahead and replace the problem injector. I'd rather do more work than waste the money on something I didn't need though.
