Default injector information

I have an 05 f350 dually daily driver. Cold air straight pipe egr delete puel psi spring upgrade. New ficm and a fresh oil change 5w-40. With fleet guard oil filter 16166#. Im getting small intermitten hazes of white smoke.i took it to the local diesel shop and they said injectors 4 and 5. I bought 2 new injectors and fuel stand pipes. I ve never done injectors on a 6.0 before. I have the drivers side apart down to the valve cover being off. Any info tips and tricks would really help. Thanks

Well what is it you need to know? The only tip I can give is replace ALL 4 o-ring sets on that side. Since you've got the valve cover off already do the o-rings on all 4 injectors, you're going to kick yourself if you don't. Sometimes they'll throw codes for the wrong injectors because of it. Get them from Ford.

I'd also highly recommend losing that oil filter, could be your problems right there even. Motorcraft or international oil filters only. Aftermarket units (especially those that use their own cap) often don't seat right and can starve the motor of oil, or completely bypass the filter all together. Low oil pressure can cause high pressure oil issues... and thus injector issues.
