Default 2006 F250 6.0- Need Help- Cranks but wont stay running

I need help!
I have a 2006 F250 crew cab FX4 with a 6.0. I drive the truck everyday as a primary vehicle and use it for my work. It has an EGR delete and its the only mod on the truck. It was already on there when i purchased the truck in March. I changed oil and fuel filters and then drove 800 miles and several days after and it ran fine. I drove it one day and then i got in it and none of my gauges were working. killed it, went to start back and acted like batteries were dead. I jumped it off and then my gauges still didnt work and it ran horrible. It then died, i jumped it off again and it ran fine. Went straight to auto parts store and had them check my batteries and alternator and they tested fine. The next day i took to a mechanic and he load tested batteries and said they were fine. Now this brings us up to date with the latest issue, the next day i went to start it, and it will crank for about 3-5 seconds then die. It will not stay running at all. I pulled out my top fuel filter and checked to make sure it was getting plenty fuel and not sucking air which it seems to be getting fuel and not be sucking air. I do not have a clue what to do at this point. PLEASE HELP! Thank you. Sorry this is so long, I just wanted to be thorough with my explanations of the problems.

Do you have a chip or any kind of scan tool ? If not there are a couple easy checks you can do at home with some basic tools. Number one check your FICM volts there is plenty of instruction on this site about that and lots on YouTube so I will not go any further on that. The second one is unplug your IPC sensor don't run it to long with it unplugged just unplug it if it starts right up plug it back in and go get your self a new one . There are a few vids on YouTube about that as well . Hope that helps.
