Heard back from the dealer. They said it was the FICM. I didn't want to mention that i accidentally sparked the FICM while doing the cranking part of the 48 V test. So i had that in the back of my mind as well. I don't think it blew anything - it was just a quick short flash. The motor didn't run any different but i'm sure the flash didn't extend the life of that FICM too much. With the harness, injector and FICM and having arced the screw to case, there was just too much that could have been wonky. Has anyone found a way to test for a low side FICM failure?

I touched the case of a FICM once too... it went from 48V right to 0. My guess is you did in fact fry it, I've done it before too. The one I fried, I swapped a half shell off of another FICM I was having issues with and got one working one.
