Change out your exhaust pressure sensor. Could also check your pcm just to be safe. Is your truck running bad?

You can try cleaning it first. There is a stainless tube threaded into the drivers side exhaust manifold, follow it up and the EPB (exhaust back pressure sensor) is there. Remove the sensor and the tube and clean both. They gum up with crap.

I'm not sure off the top of my head. Pull it off and check it out, it's most likely gummed up with a bunch of gooey soot. Even if you could test the electrical side, it will probably be fine in that regard, me thinks. The issue is all of the crap on the other side of it.
