Default this is not good

I did an oil change 4 days ago. Tonight I checked the fluids and noticed milk in my coolant resivor. Checked the oil and have milk there. Pulled the oil filter and yep milk there. Any ideal where to start before I freak out too bad. Details are 240,000 on my 2004. 100,000 on the motor. Arp's, black onyx, sinister egr delete and oil cooler and 1 new head done 13 months ago. roughly 40,000 miles ago. Hpop done 3 months later. Front cover and lpop done about 3 months ago. For the last three weeks I have noticed the ect temp was really slow to climb but never more than 15 degrees from eot. Eventually would get to 190 degrees and stay put. I figured the thermostat was stuck open. But knew I need to flush the oil cooler. Ran perfect since oil change. Not a problem. Till tonight. I am leaning toward oil cooler hand grenaded or the front cover.

Sounds like a ruptured oil cooler to me... hopefully you caught it soon enough. What coolant are you running now? Coolant filter on there? It could also be cracks in the head too, but probably unlikely.

I talked to creede at diesel dynamics. And the two mechanics that have done all my motor worked to date. They all said it 99.9% the oil cooler. Now the next issue, cleaning the coolant side is pretty easy and straight forward. I have been researching sine the discovery. I can't find one single detail on how to clean the oil side. Do I just do a bunch of oil changes? Or do I pull the motor and drop the pan?

Oh and ford gold. No filter on it. But will now

Some people rinse the bottom end out with diesel. Id probably just do a bunch of oil changes. Make sure you replace all of the rubber hoses on the coolant side after its fully flushed. Should probably have the radiator fully flushed too.
