For the cost of the Motorcraft oil filters at Wal Mart stick with the OEM. Fram has recently changed the filter design. I'm not comfortable with this new design. Something about a core adapter so it can be used in various housing for the 6.0 and 6.4L trucks.
The MC filters are $1 more than Fram at Wal Mart.

I just buy OEM fuel filters so I cant give other brand recommendations.

 

Heavy, any more info on that? I've not heard or seen that yet... but you're right, I usually spend the extra $1 and get the MC.

Fuel filters, motorcraft or international ONLY.

 

so no on the napa gold fuel filters than ok ill return them good to know befor i threw them in so can i get motorcraft fuel filters at walmart or autozone?

 

you can get the fuel filter form advance auto, it is much cheaper if you go through the international dealer (if you have one)

 

they're like $50 or $55 at advanced auto, I usually get them from International for around $30.
