I would have to agree seems everything has lead back to my installation of the ficm half board ,, gona pull it out for a good look tomorow , be nice if its just a loose conection or damaged pins either way ,any idea If its the first or second plug that powers 1,6,7 injector and or ,,is there any othere tests that i can do to test the ficm other than the power on ,off ,crank test,48 v thing,, I would be interested in re learning all I can about the ficm any info related to the ficm would be great Thank you

Yeah new FICM's have to be reprogrammed, as they are blank. I wouldn't waste my money on a new one. You've tested yours and the readings are good (though they can still be bad, it's not common). Check the plug to make sure there isn't any bent pins, and ensure it's clipped in all the way. You should then look over the harness with a fine tooth comb. I know it's frustrating, but at least you've got an area to start looking at, not just going in blind here.
You're absolutely right, throwing money at it never does fix it really, and if it does it's just dumb luck. I prefer to methodically figure out an issue. Diagnose, verify, repair.
