6.0 Lost oil pressure. HPOP vs Injector O-Rings
#11
Thanks Bob sounds like a good plan. Is there any bench test on the IPR you can perform with an ohmmeter to ensure its up to snuff?
Any good write-ups on cleaning the turbo yourself to save on the hour my dealer charges ($125)
Its been about a year since I've had the turbo off. I'm trying to remember what gaskets and O-rings ill need to replace after pulling it?

Got the old 6.0 back on the road this weekend. Through a new injector on cylinder number 3, reconditioned the turbo, put new o-rings and screen on the IPR, and cleaned the LPOP relief valve. That on top of fresh oil and fuel filters has it running like a raped ape.
The one problem I ran into was a long start condition after all the work, but I read up on bleeding the High Pressure oil system, and it starts in about two seconds now.
Just wanted to let yall know its back on the road and say thanks for the help!
