Default Double check my list! Please?

Ok I'm going to tear into the beast tomorrow but before I do I want to make sure I've got everything I need. Gonna do oil cooler rebuild and egr delete and fuel pressure blue spring. Here's my list of parts

Oil cooler kit
Egr delete kit with up-pipe
Intake gaskets
4 gallons rotella
Motor craft oil filter
Motor craft fuel filters
4 gallons rotella elc
Blue spring

If anyone thinks I need anything else let me know please. Also I have started soaking all the bolts I can see and even think might need to come out with pb blaster. Thanks in advance.

Looks good. Couldn't hurt to do the updated turbo oil drain and feed lines if you're already in there, though not completely necessary...

What about the intake manifold? Going to have it cleaned while it's out? Other than that you should be good.

Can I get the turbo lines from a parts store, international dealer or ford dealer? Also you say updated my truck is an 07 build date 04/07 were they updated after that? Also I plan on cleaning the intake in a parts cleaner tank that's in my buddies shop where we are doing the work was gonna let it soak for a while why were doing the other stuff and then flush it out will that work or no?

That will work for the intake manifold. It's not like you NEED to do it, but some of them get pretty gummed up and it certainly wouldn't hurt, just wanted to bounce the idea off of you.

Yes, the parts were updated AFTER they stopped making 6.0's. The turbo drain was updated once in 05 or so, and then again for all model years. The drain is around $35. The feed line is a hard line now, I guess there was issues with the flex feed line they have on the trucks. Those are a little more money though. You can get them at Ford yes. They are Ford parts. International should also have them.

Turbo drain line
Ford P/N: 6C3Z-9T515-A
International P/N: 1876071C91

Turbo feed line
Ford P/N: 3C3Z-9T516-A
International P/N: 1845287C96

Ok cool ill check the international dealer and the ford dealer on my way in the morning and see if they have them in stock. If not I guess I'll have something to look forward to tearing apart later!
