okay, truck finally running again. They told me that it was some kind of oil regulator that is found on the back side of the engine under the turbo?? Once they changed that the truck started.

IPR, injection pressure regulator. It controls the flow of oil to the high pressure oil pump, which is what hydraulically creates enough pressure to fire your injectors and spray fuel at a very high pressure.
