Change ebp sensor
Did a half shell on the ficm. As a 0611 ame up from cranking on it I guess and running batts low so all those connections are good

Did the Icp disconnect and test. No dice there
Checked the harness all the way across the fire wall. Its all shielded so I don't see any damage to the shielding.

Guess were down to Icp.
Looks like I gotta go by a (30mm?) wrench and a Ipr sensor. Then pull that turbo. "again"

Don't buy a new IPR, the main thing that goes wrong is the screen gets clogged or damaged and can be cleaned or replaced, replacements are around $30 I think, and it is a 35mm wrench for the IPR, or with turbo off you can even use a small pipe wrench. If any of the local parts places have the IPR socket then you can move the degass bottle out of the way and remove the FICM and you can get to the IPR from drivers side.

I am soon stumped!
Changed Icp and ipr got it all back together
And still nothing! I am at a loss here. Family has had their bags packed sitting by the door waiting to go to the lake since this am! I feel like a real turd.

Dealership isn't avail to take in for another week and a half

What? Really? I've never seen one on an 05. What's the build date?

Was it just stuck Bob?

Yes, the butterfly valve was stuck and he says it's a 05, he is north of the border so maybe they still used it in the 05s up there, lucky someone up there recommended he check that because I never would have thought of it for that year, says he is going to get the later intake elbow so it doesn't happen again.

lso as a note, he says the air intake has the temp sensor and the Maf sensor in it, I know in late 04 and mid 05 they were messing around with those/ Maf only/ temp only/ Maf and temp/ so this is something to remember.
