Default Front Wheel Bearing?

Are the front wheel bearings in the 2wd IFS trucks still a sealed hub/bearing? Can you just replace the bearing or does the whole assembly need replacing?

If it is a 2WD then it is no different than any other non-drive axle. You can buy the bearings individually and even buy the rotor at most auto parts stores.

Its two wheel drive but alldata is telling me it is a unit bearing assembly. I was hoping it was wrong. I have one that started making noise the other day.

Nope. Just jack it up and pull the nut and it will slide right off. They are real easy. They are just like the older rear wheel drive cars and trucks.
