I've finally got a minute to set down and thank you guys! None of you know how much it means to me to see ya'll put in such a great effort to help us out! It would never be possible without you guys!
The following folks helped us tremendously with the features of the event:
Big Mo's BBQ - Blowing Rock,NC Available for your events as well!
Mystery Hill
Witt's End Vacation Rentals - Nightly - Weekly - Monthly Rentals in the NC Mountians
Low Budget Diesel
Adams Car Care Products - Richard Kashinsky - 800-366-9674
John Porterfield made the giveaways and basicly the entire event possible!
Chad, Bobby and Luke (Regardless Of you Orientations if you know what I mean...) Pulled off a great dinner and really stepped up when we needed them! You couldnt meet a better group of people all in all. It's rare to have a large crowd like that and not have problems, Everyone stepped in and kept everything moving smoothly and difused possible problem areas.

Mike Schwieger was our sound man for the day, I'd also like to give him a big thanks!

The guys at Diesel Bombers and DTR have really come together on this as well! I'm glad there's finally two sites, with a wealth of resources and good members that can assist with getting people the information they need....AND We can all get along!!!! If it wasnt for these forums ( I personally started on DTR) there wouldnt even be an event to talk about! I hope this leads to a long relationship between DTR and Diesel Bombers!

Hey Chad, there was a Mega Cab that was in Diesel Power recently that was at the event. I think he had like a 95mm top turbo or something insane like that, what was his dyno numbers? I didn't see em on your list.

Yeah, he wasn't, I talked to him afterwards. He said he couldn't get the thing to spool up, wonder why? LOL, I could've stuck my fist in that top turbo.

Lucas, maybe you know maybe you don't. Was that dyno off a bit? I know people always think they've got more than what they actually do, but I heard quite a few people who've had their trucks dynoed b4 talkin about the numbers bein pretty low.

I think the high temps and elevation caused the low numbers. Thats a really high correction factor. Not to mention after the first run in 80+F weather your starting to have heat soak. For instance Jason ran on that dyno not long ago and did real well! 800+ , The correction factor accounts for most of it but correction factors are not exact science, their an SAE standard for elevation , vapor pressure and atmospheric pressure.
There's always a ton of variables in a dyno run, but your right saturdays numbers did seem low!
