Contact one of the dealers on here than can get you the parts I believe a guy was grinding 100 plates for cheap if you sent him your stock one. The 4gsk goes into the pump I believe there should be a youtube video on how to do it. it's not expensive but makes a huge difference. oh yeah while it's off do a billet tappet cover cover because it's an o-ring setup and will last longer than the rubber, maybe upgrade to billet freeze plugs for longevity. I also did the billet front cover as all the seals are also o-rings on it. I don't plan on messing with the motor once it's installed and running. So spending a little more now to have less issues down the road. Things that were mentioned by my local shop while the motor was out. I did main studs, o-ring head with studs, towing cam, springs and retainers. I will prob have close to 25k in the truck when I am done but it's less than half of a new truck costs less to insure and register and no smog...

Wish the wife would let me spend that much, she gripes about the 5k budget I'm trying to stay within. Probably won't actually do the 4kgs till next year, but I'm still ordering a new cam tappets push rods and 60# springs. Where can I get all of this billet stuff your talking about, dose not sound like to bad of a deal to go with the oring stuff instead of gaskets. Are you running any aftermarket he'd bolts or studs?

What kind of cluch will work with the cummins flywheel and fit the zf5? Was looking at a 13'' but I think the 12'' will work.

i have no clearance problems with my truck running a getrag and a 12v, im looking to make my own mounts again, but copying fordcummins design. i want to use urethane mounts instead of the rubber ones, also use a horizontal bolt design vs the vertical on the fordcummins mounts
