Default FULLY REBUILT WONT START

I have a 2006 dodge 2500 with the 5.9 24V cummins. I was heading to work about a month ago and heard a knocking. I pulled over instantly and had my mechanics come and pick the truck up and haul it to our shop. We found that it had lost all of its oil. We proceeded to break down the motor and ultimately found that someone had put something in my fuel. That caused injectors to stick open which burnt 3 pistons. All together we replaced 6 pistons, 2 connecting rods, crank shaft, turbo, all bearing, all seals, all gaskets, and injectors. After rebuilding and installing, the truck will crank and try to start but wont. It does two things, either it will crank and crank and crank or it will some times crank and start but instantly shut down. The only code it has shown is the crank sensor code. Ive replaced it 3 times since rebuilding and it keeps throwing a code. The truck will ONLY throw the code after ive tried cranking it up 3-5 times without it starting. We figured it was a computer issue so i brought it to the dodge house. He tested fuel pressures, intake amount and more and it passed everything but just wont run. We are now at a full standstill with no idea where to go besides breaking the motor down again and starting completely over. Any suggestions or ideas or questions??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The fuel system I assume has been bled, Also which pressure did the dodge dealer check? hi or low side why I ask is that if someone put something in your tank did it ruin the pump.

I am not really familiar with the Common rail details maybe one of the CR gurus can help
Also it would be good to list if the truck is stock or which mods you have

the fuel system was bled and tested at the common rail, cross over tubes, and both pumps. The truck was programed (before I bought it) and is straight piped along with K&N cool air intake. Up until Saturday (5/23) it wasn't throwing any codes other than "crank censor performance" we got that taken care of and now suddenly it is saying the WCM isn't matching the VIN nor the key. Im haling it back to the dodge house today (2nd time in a week) to see what happened there.

No sir. It's sitting at the dodge house. I have 4 mechanics who work for me and we all think it's a computer issue now. I read somewhere that it could be an A/C wiring issue that could be throwing the crank sensor code.?.?.

I heard one time of a PCM that had a bad connection and the harness was to blame. I would check all the pins at the PCM plug make sure one didn't push back in. running continuity checks is very time consuming tho.
Can you prime it with diesel will it start?

Heres the most recent breakdown of what is happening. after we rebuilt the motor and installed it wouldn't run. We could get it to fire up and run briefly with some starting fluid. We figured it was and electrical issue so we sent it to the dodge house. While there they did all the tests, flashed computer, and all that however it still wouldn't run and the tech there wanted to pull the motor and break it all the way back down again. I loaded my truck up that evening on one of my lowboys and hauled it back to my yard/ shop and went ahead and replaced all the injectors AGAIN just to make sure and it would still only crank until we put starter fluid in the intake then it would only run for a few seconds. Since getting it back its throwing 2 codes, B1A35B- Unidentified Key Communication Malfunction, B212DB- Ignition Run Only Input Circuit Open. Since we don't have the same software that the dodge dealer does, I was forced to haul it back over there for them to diagnose those codes.

Thanks I wish I could be of more help I hope they find the issue. Sounds like your on the right track with the codes. I would imagine if it can't identify the key it wouldn't start for theft reasons. and that's probably throwing the other code possibly.
Keep us posted if you have time thanks.
