Default 2005 f250 60.

Hi new guy here loosing my mind. I have a 05 f250 60. With air raid intake edge touch screen programer. I have recently had three injectors, two glow plugs, dummy plug egr valve cleaned two new batterys. Drive it daily. 138k . A month ago it had a crank no start issuse for three days. Throws cam shaft sensor code. With unbalanced combution chamber. Started unpuging ecm and other sesors looking for shorts. Plugged it all back in started up and ran fine. Now i have loss of power more exhaust fumes durring idol. My tac bounces 20 to 40 during idol or under power. I keep getting check trailer light comes and goes. Offen. It has always been cold blooded. If i dont plug it in it take forever to get moving. It will not shift right till temp hits 130. Some times when cold it sounds like the piston want to jump hole it ratles so bad. Warms up runs like a champ. Had a crank no start yesterday so i unpluged all three ecm lines pluged right back in started. I guess im aking if your icm can cause all this or is it much worse. Spent alot on it and starting to get mad and alot of slack from the wife about putting more it to it. Please help. I have ran my programer on stock or tow. More for keeping watch over all temp and activities. Thanks for any help. It been my baby.

I'd start with your battery connections. Make sure there are good connections, and the batteries are good.

I have new cables and new batterys. Any other suggestions.

Get the cylinder contribution balance test done, that would tell you if they are all contributing equally and it will point out any faults the system is having.

Check the plugs on the bottom of the FICM and make sure they are good in tight with both sides of the plug snapped in.

Taking it to a garage today to have them run there computer on it. Thinking with the tac jumping up and down, the rough idol and that my controler show camshaft positioning sensor. That will be my first change and go from there. Will be pulling the inner fender be the best way to get to it or is there a better way. Thanks for the feed dack.
