Features:

Flow tested and balanced for increased exhaust flow while maintaining velocity for increased turbo spool up.
Includes manifold to head gaskets and two bolts.
Two Drilled/Tapped ports1/8 NPT for pyrometer .
Made from Poly-Bendum Ductile.
Pressure tested and ready to install.

wat you think it would help with egt? would it help with boost? or any thing else

It will help some with EGT's and help your turbo spool better due to increased flow.
