Growth Hormone and Its Role in Post-Workout Recovery
I have a question: has anyone used growth hormone to recover from training? I just recently started to work out actively and, frankly, sometimes I feel that my muscles take too long to recover. One friend recommended trying growth hormone, said that it helps to recover faster after intense exercise. But I still doubt that it is too strong? He mentioned that he tried it himself after he got a serious strain at a competition, and according to him, he was able to return to training in a couple of weeks, although before this condition would last for months. Does anyone have a similar experience? I would like to hear real feedback, not just theory.

Hi, I just tried using growth hormone to recover after long workouts when I was preparing for a marathon. In general, I was quite skeptical about such things, but I had a problem with chronic muscle fatigue that just wouldn’t go away. As a result, after a course of GH, I felt a real improvement: recovery went faster, I became much more energetic even after the most exhausting workouts. Of course, you need to approach this carefully and not overdo it with the dosage. If you decide to try it, I recommend you this resource - check out this website to buy HGH online here. They have a good selection and a quality guarantee. But I repeat, it’s better to consult a doctor first! "

Thank you very much for the advice and recommendation! It is very useful to hear an opinion from someone who has actually used it. I also sometimes have doubts about all this, but your experience inspires me to try. I think I will start with a small dosage and really consult with a doctor to do everything correctly. I am glad that everything went so well for you with the recovery, I hope I will have a similar result. And thanks for the link, I will definitely check this site!
