How much boost does the 62/65/12 produce and can the wastegate be adjusted for more.

 

boost is good for 40-42psi. It can be adjusted for more, but its not necessary as it will just increase back pressure/drivepressure and make the air hotter. It will support 470HP

64/65/12 have been on quite a few trucks, 1st gen to common rail. They will support more HP than a 62/71/14 and spool almost as quick.

the 64/65/12 can be a decent towing turbo for a manual transmission, it might surge some with an automatic.

I can get you a 63/68 12 or 14 for not much more
