Default I am having trouble removing a glow plug that spins in the head and will not come out

THE glow plug that is closest to the firewall on the driver side is continuesly spinning. unable to catch any thread what so ever. Do you have any ideas of how i am able to remove this plug? any suggestions would help me so much too.

The glow plugs are usually stuck inside the head due to carbon build up. I use a pair of ring nose pliers to pull the plug out after loosening all the way out.
