So yah changed the IP and all injectors and still just turns over with no fire so I took off the line that goes to one of the injectors and still no fuel so I changed the ignition wiring harness bc someone had messed with all the wires, the yellow wire was arking so I thought I fixed it but nothing changed , all my fuses are good so I don't know what to do now ?

You have to solve the power problem to teh ECM and IP and fuel shut off solenoid.

Have you checked the connections of the wire from the battery tghat feeds the underhood fusebox?
'
Do the fuses that are powered by the key have power when they should?

Crank shaft sensor has nothing to do with the tach on the dash-it is run by the alternator.

For a test-unplug the crankshaft sensor and try starting the truck-extended cranking of 15 seconds max is expected.

If it starts there is a problem with the crank sensor.

If no change plug the crank sensor back in and unplug the optical sensor on top of the IP and try again-crank no longer than 15 seconds at a time.

If it starts there is still a problem with the IP or wiring.

You should also get trouble codes for the sensors that are unplugged.

I also wonder if you might be having a problem with a clogged or restricted fuel return line?

Tried all of those things you said and still have nothing ? I re checked the wiring on all of the harnesses and I still have power and all the grounds are good your 100% positive the crank sencer is ran by the alternator. Bc I have not got it started since it stalled on the road on me and I have changed the injection pump, all injectors, and ignition wiring harness, and my return line I took off of the ip so it should have no restriction when I am cranking it over bc it would just flow out of the pump and not to the tank.
