Thats great Whit, you looking really good, seen your pics on members pics. bet you feel good to eh. I know i just have to get my blood flowing and then i feel great..I walk everyday. gf has malimutes so its a quick walk, we are gone three hours, in miles its about 3.5 miles a day...doesnt burn though,, a good workout should feel the burn......
I loved in when i was in top shape. shouldnt be too hard to get it back , can still see ab lines so its not so far off. just need to get down and do some squats, crunches and get them legs up in the air more.Side kicks are awesome for inner thigh tighening, butt tightening.......... shed that babyfat!!.....It's getting nicer out, going to hang my bag to day. I really need to get my strength back so i can kick the ol man's butt when he gets outta control, like yesterday he was tickeling me, his way of tickeling is to dig his fingers into my ribs and laugh,, wasnt funny, hurt like hell. but i did get a kick in the side of his head, hes lucky i just faked it. it still connected though..Suprise. then he flipped the chair over and the baby got mad.. so he stopped......

you said you was gold medal?? olympics??

i weighed 285 my senior year of high school, now im 340, am 6'4, i just eat too much fatty stuff, i dont eat sweets, no salt, no soda pop, dont smoke, rarely if ever drink, doctor actually told me i ate better than her.......but i could set down and eat a french fried shetland pony for dinner.......i cant bench press any weight cause in 7th grade i broke my left wrist and it didnt heal right and now it cant hold weight up very well with it, but i have great upper arm strength, i got a real problem with breaking bolts off cause im stronger than most people and twist stuff harder than it should be.....my bicep is 15-16 inches around of muscle......but my new weight loss program involves a trip to iraq, 3 meals a day, and 12 hour a day shifts in 120 degree weather so i will probably lose about 40-50 pounds before i get back in september......then another 30-40 when i go back.......

what kind of hot tub ya got Whit???? portable or set???? that is what me and my dad do for a living pretty much, he works for a hot tub company as service tech....
