Default V10 Swap F150 Help

Hey Guys, havn't been on in a while. Anyways, I need a little help. I helped this guy out keeping his lawnmowers running for years, and the other day he gave me his old f150 for free (well not too old-a 93!) It needs a new motor in it, (the old 302 is done!).
Well, I was looking for 351/5speed combos for sale on craigslist. All that stopped when I was told we'd be scrapping a v10 exersion left abandoned at the shop....and that I could have the v10 with the wiring harness inside it!
Now, I was left with the problem of a transmission. I ALSO found a free zf5 out of an 87 6.9 diesel.
Does anyone on here know if the zf5 from a 6.9 will bolt up to a v10 triton? If you can answer this question I'll owe you one, and will deffinentally give you props when it's done. Also any other advice would be appreciated. Thanks Guys!

Well you won't know unless you try it. You could always make an adapter plate easy enough granted the input shaft fits

You'd be farther ahead to buy a V-8 because you'll get tired of feeding that V-10 real soon.

Not sure on the bell on the V10, but the ZF5 will have the same bell as a 7.3 PSD, slightly different from a BBF.
