well my lisence got suspended for 6 months anybody else here lost theirs?

I lost mine for 90 days back in 2000 for driving without insurance. Definitely learned my lesson.

6 months is a long time for just a speeding ticket. Do they atleast give you a work permit so you can drive to work?? ND will give work permit to a fist DUI.

I'm 22 and have never had one. Never stopped me from driving though.

If it was more than six months ago that you were stopped by the law for anything, prior to this event, well then I say you're good to go. So, just keep driving and be a little careful, and I would definitely look into the "drive to work" permit. I got one, and I drove everywhere, and since I was in construction, I was ready to say my work was where ever I was at the time. But seriously, unless you are a habitual drunk or speeder, you are not going to be stopped during the next six months. Buck authority!
