yeah most kids these days have no respect for anything and it's only getting worse the best thing that could possibly be done is to make it back in school were kids got beat anytime they screwed up and then get one when they are at home from a parent.. cus i'll drive the dog **** out of my truck but when i drive of my buddies i don't ever put it halfway to the floor

Yeah I rag on my stuff from time to time(quite often im told) but I have to pay for any damage I do. I work in a shop for a school district and what the kids do to the buses is unbelievable. We can go in and replace $3k in seats and seat foam and a week later its all torn to pieces again. It also seems like a lot of kids want to be sex ed teachers when they grow up judging by the drawings I find. The adults there can be just as destructive but that another story. Dont get me wrong,I like to see carnage, and do crazy stuff but sometimes it get to the point where its just out of line. I'm not perfect by any means but its disappointing to see how each generation is getting worse.

I don't think its kids these days. It's our country. A large percentage of our population do not take responsibility seriously. Think about people walking out of mortgages they should have known they couldn't afford in the first place. Its not about treatment of kids, its the example set by parents and by the population in general.

my dad was an ag teacher in highschool till i graduated in 08 and his number one complain was that he couldnt get his kids to do anything because the parents were always makin excuses and wouldnt make their kid do some work or get dirty. not sayin anyone on heres a bad parent but theres some parents out there that would fight tooth and nail to keep their kid from having to work. and that makes me sick how lazy people are sometimes. dont get me wrong i freakin love bein a couch potato when nothin can be done but i grew up bailin hay from daylight till dark so work doesnt bother me and i like to work. im usually not as broke as if i were laying around bein lazy all the time.

I hate how I get looked down on by the older generations just because of how most people close to my age (18) act. There are some parts stores that I wont go back to because they treated me like some dumb *** kid.
