my family (Stanforth's) came from England to Virginia in 1755, we have had a family member fight in every war since then, sadly due to injuries when i was younger, there was no way i could physically take boot camp, i wanted so bad to become a Marine like my father but couldnt, especially after i found his letters that were sent home from the marine corps to my grandfather about how well my father scored on his shooting test, 228 out of 250 possible points, best of over 800 men, he was meritouriously promoted out of boot camp to a PFC for his shooting ability, since i cant be one, ill support the armed forces the best way i can, i will defend any man or woman that is fighting for my freedom, i was about to beat a kid my senior year ofhigh school because he was talkin down our troops when the war first started, the class went silent when i told him that if it wasnt for your grandfather and mine and alot of other peoples family here in the class, we wouldnt be setting here, i added ALOT of curse words to that and as i walked out of class 1/2 of them clapped and hooted and hollared, i left school for the day, teacher just laughed and smiled at me, he agreed completely with me, i just said what no one else would.......
