in that pic of the body lift it looks like a bolt head on the top. so that makes me believe the cab was just resting on the lift and not properly installed. the body lifts ive seen bolt into the bottom of the cab just like the factory bushings. could be a hack job that just happend to cost alot more in the long run.

I beg to differ, I owned a 03 toyota tacoma, and it was hands down the best built truck I have ever owned, I regret selling it everyday. The fit and finish was second to none including caddy's and other high end domestics. Dont take me wrong, I love my dodge but if I had my choice it would be a 12V in a toyota.
If I lived in the south, My Dodge wouldn't be on its 2nd set of rockers, 3rd set of doors, 2nd set of fenders, and have a front axle that got rotted off.
