Congrats, stick with it, I quit for over a year, untill I got drunk one night and been smokin off and on since then. I know it's killin me and 1st of the year I'm goin cold turkey again, cigs at least :w2: :c:

Congrats. I quit smoking cold turkey 5 years ago. And every second of every day I want a cig. But I have to tell myself I am a non smoker. Or I don't smoke. Because I know if I have just one I'll be a smoker again and I don't want to go back to that lifestyle.
