:tu: BUDDY good luck and cograts so far. just remember to keep occupied. and when not, when you start to think about it an your e cig aint-a-workin do somethin different. i've chewed since i was 16. :ouch: im only 20 right now an my wife is pregnant with our first child. she used to smoke (on occasion) but i chewed a can a day if not more. she told me when she found out she was pregnant that if she had to quit for the safety of our child then i had to quit. i made her that promise being proud of her being able to stop cold turkey. i struggled with it. but speaking from expierience support is key!!! she supported me an i haven't poked a dip in, in close to 6 months... support your wife an i don't know if you have kids but think about them growing up without a father! or in my case a father potienally without half his face... haha thats what helped me. you'll be fine... an feel a hellova lot better to boot without havin to rely on somethin to lean on. again CONGRATS an good luck brother... hope this helps...:rocking: :c:

Luke, what's the e-cig like? We have a new smoking ban here in Wiscy, and as well as a small interest in quitting smoking, I have a big interest in using an e-cig to mess with people in now smoke-free establishments.

Here is the one that I used myself. It made it a lot easier to quit than just going cold turkey.
