Server not found













Firefox can't find the server at www.photobucket.com.








* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

 

You gotta have somthing blocked. Radio Flyers link pulls it right up. Go to the lower right hand corner of the screen in the task bar next to the time and make sure it's not showing a Firewall or or blocker of some sort working, if so turn it off. Then go to the task manager using the Ctrl/Alt/Delete buttons pushed all at the same time, this will show you all programs running on your system. Disable anything like a virus protection or blocker runnin in there. With everything off you should be able to get through. If you still can't connect after that you must have pissed em off and they have blocked you out.

 

Set your firefox/ie to accept cookies. Mine did the same thing on another site today. There must have been an update or something that reset the cookies option.

 

checked everything, its already set to accept cookies and i dont see how they could have blocked me......im still thinking its something in my system thats messed up

i dont think its possible for a website to completely block you out of it as far as to say server not found, id think one could still access the site but maybe not be able to sign in or make an acct.





Any more ideas/suggestions this is really ticking me off!

 

That is exactly the same message I get when I try to visit a few of the old sites I used to spend time on that I am currently locked out of.

well guys

no clure what i did but it was not opening last night when i went to bed and this morning it finally opened when i tried. So im not sure wtf its issue was but its working now

Hard to say what the actual reason is...hell on my POS home PC every time I try and go to this site I get DM's goofy a$$ Texas fish board thingy.....

 

I fought my way through Photobucket tonight, they deffinately made some changes to their site. I used to be able to download photos in Word format but not anymore. I had to reconfigure all my stuff to be able to load the couple of photos.
