Reineke, exactly. As much as I don't want to make things weird between us, at the same time I have to atleast give it a shot or else I'll never know. I think she has only mentioned her boyfriend maybe 3 times since I met her, which was over a year ago. Haven't talked to her in a few days, she's been out sick. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get her to tell me more about herself? Thanks in advance.

 

Be bold and ask her what she does outside of work. Or start talking about whatever about yourself but keep it short then ask "what about you?"

 

take her to a truck event "hey just curious but I was heading to ____ for a little bit... would you be interested?" on the trip make chit-chat about her and her hobbies yada yada yada that way you can see how she will react to the "diesel" crowd and how you still play with trucks If it goes good then great but if its bad... hopefully its a short drive or it will be weird... been there done that

There's an idea Cold - take her to the NADP Blackout in August! Beer, Diesel Fumes, Good food, friends and the odd scantly clad gal on stage... LOL...

 

This will determine if shes worth having....nice idea...

Mine would drop me off for the day likely. She thinks I'm but doesn't mind it when the car and or truck run just that bit better.

 

Thats why we drive trucks if it get weird just put her in the back.
