Default BP80A info

I saw on a parts list that the BP80A is mount assembly. Is it an actual filter head or a mount for one? Can you give me more details on this?

Well, I can find the part and a small pic of it, but I don't see it on any of the current kits. I'm thinking this may be an old part from a past kit. I'll double check tomorrow. Are you looking for a particular part or have a certain kit you are trying to find parts for?

Well, for the price it was listed for, it looked like an economical way to install a remote filter if it was a filter head.

It was an old part that is now replaced by the BK303. This is the filter mount that is used in the BMK21 kit. Your correct, if you just buy the mount and you had the means to get the oil to and from it with local parts, it would probably end up cheaper.
