Here is the fluid for the NV4500. I used it in my 94.
Synthetic Manual Transmission and Transaxle
Gear Lube 75W-90 API GL-4 (MTG)
For the tcase, it takes the universal ATF, Synthetic Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)
