Default Propane/Meth Injection

So I know a couple people who have done propane or methane injection systems into the older 7.3L Ford diesels and I'm wondering what benefits would it provide to a 6.7L Cummins daily driver which occasionally pulls a 24ft flat deck equipment trailer?

I member hearing that Cummins endings don't like lpg. That's why I stopped pursuing it. Can't remember the reason but then again, it was before the 6.7 and DPF.
