I have a new AirDog and I'm working on finding a fix for the same problem with my AD 165 losing bressure the longer I have it running. The idiot light and a mechanical gauge both saying below 5 psi to the injector pump. Are you flowing thru or around the stock filter?

Well mine isn't fixed yet, but the people at AirDog and I are working on it. Just as soon as more parts arrive and I find something that works, or doesn't work, I will let everyone know what it took to get my rig back on the road and dependable. I've only used mine about a 1/4 of a tank worth.

welp I should appologize to airdog.. all the crying I did about my pressure and it was okay all along, my fuel pressure sending unit for edge must be bad, I built a homemade pressure gauge and it was reading good. Still not to pleased with airdog customer service though

On mine I'm running one of the idiot lights inside to the A post and under the hood I have a mechanical gauge in line just before the VP, they both say the same thing. The truck starts with 20 psi and cruse at 14 psi, for about 20-30 minutes, then they both say the same thing, very low pressure. The pressure will drop to 0-2 psi at idle.
