Default AirDog II DF-165 units available for order!

Hey Gang,

I wanted to update everyone on a new pump we now have available. We are now taking orders for our new AirDog II Demand Flow 165 pumps.

These units have a built in adjustable regulator, and they include our new High Flow Fuel Module Upgrade Kit (see previous post for details). This unit returns a trickle of fuel back to the tank now instead of all of the unused fuel. The unused fuel is recycled inside the system itself until it is demanded from the injection pump. Of course these pumps carry our lifetime warranty.

These units are on sale for an introductory special of $599.00!

Get a hold of your local AirDog dealer and be the first on your block to have our latest fuel air seperation system.

Feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have.

Ron

this is kinda what he said but, with some visual :-)

AirDog is asking that you email them to get on a list if you are interested in purchasing the AD II. They are being sold on a first come first serve basis for the first few runs..... especially if you're looking for a red or blue one. The basic color is black.

This one is the 165 gph w/ psi adjustment. New are the cooling fins on the end with a psi adjustment at the other end. Tighter tolerances have been built into these pump using stainless steel components for quieter operation and longevity.

Also new with this kit is the pick up system. No need for drilling holes, everything connect through the existing factory pick up assembly ( pictured )

I'm at 750hp and the 150 has had no problem keeping up. This 165 should easily be good to 900hp or more. If not, the " Class 8 " AirDog @ 240gph would be more than sufficient. It is a louder pump though and not recommended unless the hp is high !

Triton,

Thank you for the excellent pictures!

Something else you will notice from the pictures is the "Tombstone" shaped gearotor cover. This is a brand new feature on these pumps, and it allows us to add an extra port to the Grotor cap. By double porting the cap it helps to balance the pressure on the gear and reduce noise and wear.

Rest assured that we are constantly thinking of ways to continue to improve our products, so that our customers can be certain they are spending their money on the best Fuel Air Seperation System the industry has to offer.

Installed...... I had a Raptor in place which is why I had the fuel filter, so I left it in place and run the AD through it. I had plans for a whole different install but, SS lines and AN fitting aren't cheap. It will have to wait.
