Is your truck an XLT, Lariat? I've always rated Fords interior and comfort over Dodge and GM. I've owned all 3 and it's not even a close race. 7.3's can get expensive to add power to, but I think they're worth it.

not sure on the xlt part but definatly a lariat crew cab 4x4 ha ha ok got some more questions seen these compressor wheels on several websites and a afe somethin that hooks to the turbo and the turbo out flow is polished supposed to spool turbo quicker and less egts and increase mileage on either one the compressor wheel and afe turbo somethin. not a intake , also seen something that hooks somewhere its a wire that provides max boost levels would that be any count for 40$? just looking for low cost bolt ons rite now. also seen a chip with a 140 hp tune? is that real smokey? like i said not been around many powerstrokes just trying to learn some good stuff so i can start whoopin some butt. but yeah my truck way out does a dodge for sure not sure bout the gmc there pretty slick interior

Not sure about the wire for 40 bucks... Sounds like some sort of 10k mod or something... IMO, Intake, Exhaust, Gauges, Chip. Those are the first mods you want to do...

its a intake manifold made by cfm or afe either one supposed to flow 33% more air with a cold air intake. the wheel is on xtremediesel and one other place i forgot. ok another question bud i seen a throttle body spacer for a powerstroke? does that even work on a diesel?

Did the truck come with the cfm+ or are you buying it? Most people I talk to say it's a waste of money.

Don't mean to sound like a broken record, but really just need an intake, exhaust, gauges and then chip. That is your list of upgrades. Do that, Then decide how far you want to go because anything after that is expensive...

For the money you spend vs. the upgrade it gives the best upgrade would be the TS chip. it'll wake the truck up and can be reprogrammed as you go with future mods. Intake will help slightly, best ROI in those is to build your own Tymar with a 4" coupler, a 4" 45 degree elbow and the filter, total cost under 75. The AFE intake is BS and its ROI is non-existent. Exhaust offers some lower EGT's but isn't going to really boost power much if anything and again the best exhaust is free, just chop out the muffler and dump it down. If you have a surge issue then maybe the 120 for a wicked wheel is worth it to fix it, but like CSI states, it lowers overall air flow so that's a step in the wrong direction for performance but for overall drivetrain longevity its a good idea, for big bucks a 38R is an even better idea and leaves a ton for future upgrades.

Don't think they have a throttle body spacer, they make a swirling insert that goes in the boot between the passengers side intercooler return pipe and the intake. Complete POS, if you want to try that I can make that part, takes about 10 minutes to program on my CNC with a ball mill, made em before for gassers and they did ZIP!
