Front tires are angled inwards; buying new BJ's and u-j's

wait till you need to do the center u joint on her......... i have two 3/4 ton trucks and one 1 ton, both 3/4's need u joints done... guess what i put off doing till the summer... they are both plow trucks, so i keep it in 2wd till i have to build the mountain.
i'm sure the alingment shop checked but the bushings at the end of the "twin traction beams" where it bolts up to the frame do go, my 85 has the same issue as yours and i noticed bushings need some attention in the near future.

Well just thought I'd update everybody.
Apparently it was only the alignment. Goodyear pretty much fixed the issue, but they said they wont be able to get the alignment PERFECT unless I had them install some adjustable camber sleeves to the tune of like 262$. They said the ones from Ford aren't adjustable, and this problem is common with lifted trucks. Either way, $86 later for an alignment and all seems well.

WeLl the mechanic who was going to do the bj's and uj's didn't actually see the truck. I called him and asked what's up and asked if he thinks its bj's. BUT my other 'mechanically inclined' buddy was swearing up a storm at me for being an idiot and going to goodyear when they r gonna rip me off
Btw I called the local offroad center and they r the ones who told me they can't do anything for alignment issues and to go to an alignment shop... Without even seeingf the truck!
