Exhaust Brake squeal

Exhaust Brake squeal
Hi Gents.
I have a 2008 2500 with 52,000 miles on it. It mainly does my tow work in the summer going to tractor pulls and other duties. I typically run it with the EB on.
A little recent history:
A few times it acted sluggish and research said the turbo was getting gummed up. I had a dealer run the cleaning solution through it which has cleared up the issue. However 2 months later I was going to another pull and under deceleration the EB would squeal. Under acceleration or normal running I had no squeal. With the EB off, I have no squeal.
Did a search and it comes up that there may be a gasket leak due to the back pressure from the EB?
Any of you guys had the issue?
Thank you for your time
Charlie
