Default dpf deleted and getting dpf full message

Hey guys, looked around to find the answer to this, but haven't seen anything definitive. I have full deletes and a smarty Jr w/ M.E. Keep getting the dpf full, see dealer message. I clear it with the smarty, but a few days later the message is back. The smarty isn't showing any codes. Please shed some light on this for me.

Do you still have the EGR motor hooked up? its the motor on top of the intake horn. I believe that Smarty Requires you to have this hooked up and not unplugged.
I am running the EFI Live Auto-cal on my rig. Never had any issues with it either.
