OOOO Blue smoke
Hi all a little while back I had a farmer come to me with a severly blocked (clogged, plugged) exhaust. I advised him of some options and well the truck now is dpf delete no other changes add ons or deletes. He now has returned with a pretty severe blue smoke issue. This occurs only at operating temps and only at idle. I say operating temp. but at approx. 140 degrees you can hear the exhaust brake activate and here comes the smoke light throttle pressure to release the brake and it clears almost immediately. No smoke (blue) during hard accel or normal cruise no apparent excessive crankcase pressure build when this happens and no matter what state the exhaust brake switch is in it still apply's or alter's flow . as I stated this only occurs at idle and warm engine temps I installed a mopar reman turbo due to a gross amount of oil build up with no change in symptoms. Any ideas or suggestions . the truck is a 2008 3500 4x4 6 speed 6.7 and as I stated only a turbo back "ohv" exhaust system and reman turbo . Thanks for reading and any and all ideas.

Could be a lot wrong there. Blue smoke would be oil, white smoke is timing/raw fuel
Only on when the brake is on says back pressure is an issue, could be the turbo again, back pressure pushing oil through the compressor side bushing.
Could be valve seals too, dropping oil through them.If the back pressure is pushing on the valves, it can damage the seals. Not enough oil to see during higher rpm, but enough at idle.
